If you have a sweet tooth, this is an amazing little dish to whip up (if you have kids, it's an amazingly health*ier sweet to give 'em, too). Using all vegan-friendly ingredients you can have a sweet, berry tart ready to devour in just a few hours (yeah, it takes a little time - but so worth it). Oh, and just a little tip... Get a can of (full fat) organic coconut milk and put it in the fridge for a couple hours (or if you can wait - overnight). When you take it out and open it, you'll notice a thick cream has formed on top and the liquid has fallen to the bottom. Scoop out the cream, add vanilla and cinnamon to taste, then whip it up a little to create a healthy whipped cream to top your tart!
