I've been kind of hunting for great, healthy smoothies to give the kids a pick-me-up and give them the nutrition they need to make it through the school day. This looks perfect! This morning I made a smoothie from strawberries, bananas, a tad bit of spinach of orange juice that they loved (you can't taste the spinach).
